Meeting in State Duma

Gennady Zyuganov, the leader of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, had a meeting in the State Duma with Igor Korotchenko, the General Director of the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies (CISS).

I. Korotchenko informed G. Zyuganov about the main areas of activities and scientific plans of CISS in 2022-2023. The participants exchanged their detailed opinions of the unfolding international situation, on the trends and forecasts of the developments in the post-Soviet area including the South Caucasus and the Caspian region.

The discussions also pertained to expert and analytical support of the decisions in foreign policy and foreign economic activity.
