Meeting in Iran Embassy

Kazem Jalali, Iran Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Russia, received in his residency Igor Korotchenko, the General Director of the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies. Mr. Korotchenko briefed the Ambassador on the key areas of CISS research and the plans for Iranian studies in 2022-2023.

In the course of the exchange of opinions the special importance of the official visit to Iran by Vladimir Putin, the President of the Russian Federation, was emphasized, as well as the importance of the agreements achieved in the sphere of deepening Russian-Iranian cooperation in various areas.

The participants expressed mutual interest in maintaining the expert dialogue and working relations between the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies and the leading think tanks of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
