CISS General Director met with Ali Abdollahi, the Brigadier General

At the international military technical forum Army-2022, Igor Korotchenko, the General Director of the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies, met with Ali Abdollahi, the Brigadier General, the First Deputy Chief of General Staff of the Military Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the head of the Iranian military delegation, which arrived to Russia.

The parties discussed the development of political military situation in the Middle East and South Caucasus, shared their opinions on the current and potential challenges and threats relevant for Russia and Iran. The stated that the Russian-Iranian military and technical cooperation was developing progressively and extensively.

A number of issues of mutual interest were also reviewed at the meeting.
