Meeting at the National Defense Operations Center of the Russian Federation

On the invitation of the leadership of the National Defense Operations Center of the Russian Federation, Igor Korotchenko, the General Director of the Caspian Institute for Strategic Studies met with the generals and top-ranking officers of the Center and presented a report analyzing the current military and political situation and evaluating the balance of forces in the key regions of the world including the Caspian Region. He also answered the questions from the audience.
